Search Engine Optimization Analyst

The Analyst will be responsible for creating the SEO related deliverables outlined in a Statement of Work “SOW” (ie: keyword identification, obstacle analysis report, reports on rank/links/#pages indexed). In addition to creating deliverables, the Analyst will be responsible for executing upon all strategic recommendations.

Major Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

· Generation of keyword, link, rank and index (SEO foundational items) related deliverables
· Execution of link, rank and index aspects of client deliverables
· Participates on SEO foundation related client calls
· Researches clients and competitors
· Participate in and complete continual training and professional development as detailed within department.
· Maintain an understanding of industry trends and research industry related media.
· Keyword research
· Light HTML coding
· Light NSO technology research (e.g. research specifics of Google+Doubleclick tracking)
· Reporting analysis

Responsibilities include:

· Dissecting large dynamic websites for search engine visibility opportunity
· Leading internal client-centric teams in developing natural search growth strategies and tactical recommendations
· Guiding the implementation of strategies
· Testing optimization strategies and tactics
· Monitoring new developments in SEO and evaluating risk/reward models
Experience Required

· 1- 3 years experience in e-commerce and/or search marketing
· Ability to diagnose and communicate complex SEO issues ranging from technical issues to keyword and content issues to link building.
· Fundamental understanding of HTML· Familiarity of major search properties and search algorithms
· Problem-resolution skills, including ability to think creatively in development of solutions that add value in a dynamic, client-centered environment
· Exceptional verbal and written communication with colleagues and clients
· Experience writing and editing professional or technical documentation
· Managing multiple assignments that often include conflicting priorities
· Strong software skills including in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Publisher) and basic graphics programs
· Bachelors degree

Account Manager

The Client Advocate / Account Manager role is a critical element in delivering our services to clients and ensuring successful client experiences that are consistent with Propensio high standards.

The Account Manager is the primary point-of-contact for multiple clients and is responsible for building successful, long-term relationships with them. The Client Advocate will also be proactive in identifying potential opportunities for ongoing client satisfaction and taking action to address those opportunities.

The Client Advocate’s responsibilities include:

· Proactively identifying client needs and preventing potential problems
· Providing expert knowledge of the SEO platform to effectively address client issues and requirements
· Monitoring all aspects of SEO service delivery to ensure excellent service at all times
· Maintaining a comprehensive and current knowledge of ecommerce industry news and trends.

Experience Required

· At least 5 years in client-facing account management / client service representative role
· At least 3 years of e-commerce industry experience required
· Experience performing strategic analysis using at least one web analytics tool (Google analytics, Omniture, etc.)
· Experience with eCommerce website KPI/KSI management
· Proficiency in areas of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) including: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), page optimization, keyword analysis, paid inclusion, and pay per-click (PPC)
· Successful track record in scope management, customer-driven programs and solution delivery
· Retail experience a plus
· Experience with off-shore development a plus
· Web-based application industry experience a plus

Technical Operations

The Technical Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to both external and internal clients in both the US and EU. Ideal candidates will have a strong balance between technical skills and communications skills. This is a customer facing, customer contact position. Your job will be to respond to customer requests and queries in a timely and courteous fashion. Both product training and second tier support will be available. Duties are outlined below.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Troubleshoot and track technical issues, via a trouble ticketing" solution.
· Provide support to webmasters and online publishers to integrate them into our network(s).
· Provide support to advertisers in managing their online content through our products, resolving discrepancies, and providing technical expertise.
· Communicate with customers through email, live chat or over the phone
· Provide support to internal customers to build product/platform knowledge and resolve issues
· Responsible for user acceptance/post-production deployment testing, documentation, and monitoring of products.
· Follow standards for communications with business involving Operational issues.
· Own production operational issues for products by issuing initial response, data gathering, tracking, and resolution where possible as well as determining escalation protocol based on the nature of the issue.
· Monitor and maintain 24 hour operation of products in the production environment, including:
· Acting on automated alerts
· Responding to reported product failures
· Identify opportunities for troubleshooting automation and simplification.
· Handle system administrative duties for production and non-production systems, including:
· Account setup
· Configure access of different elements in each system
· Provide detailed insights on the daily operations of European offices and how they impact Technology Operations.
· Manage 'technical issues' for European offices and establish relative priorities in close coordination with members of US team members.
· Coordinate US 'Operational Events' with European offices.
· Establish and manage a portfolio of products/services EU uses.
Experience Required

· Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, SQL, PHP
· Strong analytical skills
· Working knowledge of Windows and Unix operating systems
· Familiar with various Internet technologies (http/ftp protocols, web serving, email)
· Excellent deductive reasoning and troubleshooting skills

Education :

· Bachelor's degree in a Technical/Scientific discipline or equivalent experience, OR

Regional Sales Manager

High energy Regional Sales Manager to help drive new market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success selling and managing a growing regional Internet advertising sales team, selling to small and medium sized businesses as well as a track record of exceeding quota in a business-to-business environment.

Account Executive - 3 Full time positions offering our professional and ethical SEO services and products to prospects, clients and others. You will receive concentrated training on our products as well as how we do business. This technical training program is mandatory for all employees. The ideal candidate is an experienced salesperson with a solid understanding of Search Engine Marketing and reasonable technical understanding of how search engines, email, and branding campaigns actually work. We seek really well trained sales methodology and procedure savvy salespeople. We utilize Salesforce throughout the company, and have several marketing programs currently generating leads, but we are planning on exponential growth and need some help.

Web Developer/Programmer - 1 full time position performing web-based application programming for existing and future products. Applicant must have previous experience developing commercial web sites for at least 2 years. Ideal candidates will have also developed dynamic websites utilizing a database platform. Candidates should have a good understanding of programming with experience in C++, .NET (C# or VB), Python or PHP. This position will participate in development projects of all sizes and will be a major contributor to our delivery of work. This position is for a full time position
